Womens and feet and bodies require different styles of footwear. Our special womens's models are designed to fulfill these requirements and have a number of exclusive features. These include, being made of lighter materials, come in special colours and styles, the sole has soft wedges, integrated pronation and suppination zones and the heel is a little higher giving improved comfort. Also included in this model is the new DiGAFix lacing system in=mproving the positioning of the heel in the boot, reducing the heel lift.

The Burma Lady Pro MFS also incorporates the features of the mens model and are ideal for hill and on trail walking.

The MFS Vacuum system uses a memory foam to allow this boot to perfectly mirror the shape of the ankle collar and tongue area of your foot. TORUP MFS

This model was designed for silent stalking in low to medium rolling bush land in New Zealand and Australia. Meindl supplied samples of this boot for renowned hunters to trial in conditions Downunder. Lukas Meindl himself hunted in our conditions recently and the the product of this experience in real conditions was the Torup. With 100% waterproof Gore-tex lining and fully orthotic shank this would have to be the most comfortable, light weight and supportive stalking boot developed.

ISLAND LADY PRO MFS

The ladies 'ultimate' trekking boot, made in a women's fit on a women's last. Also an award winning model like the men's version. New features have been incorporated into these boots, like the speed lacing eyelets that allow the reinforced round laces to tighten firmly all the way to the bottom when pulled from the top.

Pronation and supination zones also promote correct posture and support. Will also take a flexible crampon.

ISLAND PRO MFS "WIDE"

The average Kiwi has a foot profile that is wider than the average European foot, consequently the Island Pro Wide fitting has proved to be a superb boot and a great success for those of us with a greater grip on NZ than most. 

For use on or off trail. This boot has a wide last for people with a wide forefoot and standard heel, a medium strength, fully orthotic polymid shank, 100% waterproof Gore-Tex lining with Air Pumping and Air Active orthotic footbed, synthetic mesh internal supports, flexi-hinge at heel and memory foam system.

MAKALU MFS

The best suited boot fir rougher uneven conditions, especially for off trail and when sidling in steeper country. Made from one piece leather. Above the sole is a 2cm rubber strip (rand) to protect the leather from sharp rocks etc. Synthetic mesh is glued to the leather upper, holding the leather in shape, wet or dry, meaning no more 'blow outs' in you boots.

Our most popular model, the Makalu is made exclusively for our New Zealand and Australian hunters and high country farmers. This boot will also take a flexible crampon
