Q1. Will I be able to purchase a boot for my requirements and needs?

We have a selection of boot models that cater for many different uses and
requirements. Some models are specially designed for types of work, eg. Safety boots,
Forestry boots and there are different models that will suit narrow or wide feet. So from
getting the right information from you, we can together decide on the best model for your
situation.

Q2. Will the boots/shoes fit me when they get here and what if they don't?
A.
To order a pair of boots or shoes, we will need to see your foot shape outlines, to
determine which size you will require and if you have any problem areas, eg. bunions,
one foot longer then the other, protruding little toe etc. We are also able to expand the
boots in certain area where necessary, to provide more room for potential problem area.
We will also ask you what size boot/shoe you normally wear.
If the boots are not the correct size or you are not happy with your purchase, please return
them to us (unworn) for either a full purchase price refund or an exchange for a different
size or model.
Q3. What kind of guarantee do the boots have?
Meindl guarantees for one year from the date of purchase, that the goods will be free of
faults caused by defects in production or materials. This is conditional on the goods
being used and handled in the appropriate manner and being given the correct care
regularly. Not covered by the guarantee are normal wear and tear and inappropriate use
or damage.
